Willem Daniel Saayman, known as Willie, founded WDS in March 1988. He was admitted as an attorney in February 1987 and as a conveyancer in January 1988. In October 2006, he also qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.

His property-transfer work spans ordinary transfers, developments, divorce-related transfers, deceased estates, subdivisions and consolidations. His experience has been part of the practice since its founding.

Cora was admitted as an attorney in 1984 and as a conveyancer in 1986. She joined WDS in 1995 and serves as a director, bringing experience in property law and conveyancing to the team.

She heads the Transfers Department, with work covering ordinary transfers, developments, divorce-related transfers, deceased estates, subdivisions and consolidations.

Suraya was admitted as an attorney in February 2003, as a conveyancer in January 2006 and as a notary in June 2017. She joined WDS in February 2020 and serves as a director, attorney, conveyancer and notary.

She heads the Bonds Department, handling work for ABSA, Nedbank, FNB, Standard Bank and HIP. Her practice also includes antenuptial contracts, bringing together her conveyancing and notarial experience.

Wayne was admitted as an attorney in 2014 and as a conveyancer in 2024. He joined WDS in 2022 and serves as a director, attorney and conveyancer.

He heads the Transfers Department, with work covering ordinary transfers, developments, divorce-related transfers, deceased estates, subdivisions and consolidations. He also assists with wills and establishing trusts.
